Hello,
can it be true if you use this preset and you switch off the licenses "auto eq dynamic spectrum that the sound on the radio via micrompx sounds very bad. Like pumping, clipping? I have never had problems with this present if I do not have the license options, but now via micrompx the sound is bad.
Maybe the "like pumping, clipping" sound that you hear is because the free features don´t includes de "advanced clipper", and others feats. like the 4 band AGC and declipper.
No I have license for advanced clipper and declipper. But I have not the 4 band AGC

Yeah. Perhaps your best bet is to find an older version of this preset, in an older version of Stereo Tool, from before the AGC34 feature and others became part of the license. Then export it/import it in the newer ST version. (according to this it looks like 9.37 is what you would want to look at exporting from https://www.stereotool.com/documentatio ... n_history/ )

Having said that, the Advanced Dynamics license has never felt more worth it than it does now that additional AGC bands are part of it. The Auto EQ is handy, but AGC bands 3/4 are clutch. Good luck!

Here's a new version of the preset. This update mainly focuses on getting better control on highs.

Hans or Mathijsco: when you have a chance, could we have the old "Dutch Moose FM" 75 US updated with the latest and greatest improvements? Would this preset be able to take advantage of the Improved FM clipper high frequency output and Added L/R band linking/channel separation level compensation? I am using version 9.62 and wonder if updating to the latest version will alter the sound in any way without touching anything else? Every so often there is a song that will play that has some dominant bass notes and causes some hole punching.

That only depends on Clipper protection settings on any preset and any StereoTool version.

There where some mistakes in the previous version posted (most notably, it was too loud).
  • Corrected loudness
  • Changed handling of bass
  • Re-designed MB2 setup, to get more consistency and tightness (less reverb-y)

I'm not using that preset myself, and since I'm no longer with the company I'll not be updating other presets. But of course feel free to enable some of the new features yourself to see how that works out.
