I know its said that the low level boost is not useful for music other than classical, But i use this for everything and it help with some songs ieg Hina by David Lee Roth. For my setup it tends help make the sound it bit fuller and clearer for low level sounds. ;)

I use Low Level Boost on almost everything as well. I'm probably just not setting up my AGC correctly; I dunno. But I like its subtlety.

You hit it on the head, I have a preset i've been working on that i would like you to try. This for me is extreme preset for my anyway, It uses LLB, ND, AC.
Now just so you know its Not really a clean preset.
It was inspired by analogue distortion, Some which i liked. i.e.g. The stake by the steve miller band smooth crunchy distortion on the vocals and Jamaica, Jamaica by Special EFX a Silky crispy distortion on the chimes, hi-hats & cymbals.

See what you what you think
