I TRIED to find the sound of a legendary 90's channel
Audioprism> CRL SGC 800> Optimod 8100 A
Attachment:
AutoEq as Aprism same filter frequencies and speeds
MB1 like Crl. same cut-off and coupling frequencies. spectral balance option active
for the optimod .. more complicated
two bands and a third converted to HF limiter
I searched the web for all the characteristics and factory settings of the three machines.
rate, attack and release time, filter cut-off frequencies
I made the comparisons with sounds found on the web ...
We are very close even if these analog units are irreplaceable ...
sorry for purist engineers ! that's just a try
A little more TrueBass as u want to stick to current tastes
and it rolls
