You need some decently open preset with big, round and properly done kicks and lows overall. There is many presets with lot of bass but usually bass is just unhealthy and uncontrollable pushed too much so it get smashed at some clipping stage at end.. Avoid any phase rotations and bass effects, just not good for that type of music.
Trying to address those things with this one - almost there.

Some updates soon.. few days ago i realized that i am tuning this preset for more than year. :o
I'm missing some basic/simple features tho, like i can't use final limiter wich is unfortunate. Anyway, update comming.

Finally!!! It's good to know about you and the updates with this preset.
Why can't you use the final limiter? It's not good?

Why can't you use the final limiter? It's not good?
It has 2 bugs, it makes some nasty clipping on bass wich also causes some crackled sound. I just recently discover that 'that' is mostly caused by 2nd bass clipper, more precissely, with 'bass clipping strictness'. ~50% gone if that is set to 0.
2nd bug is pre-ring, wich is very audible on dry bass kicks. Non-existant if final limiter is not used.
Overall, bass is not good clipped with limitter ON.

This is wide bass kick clipping when Final Limitter is ON.

I see... Maybe that bugs can explain some of the distortion sound that I heard with almost all stock presets.
The second bass clipper (Bass clipping strictness) is that in the image attached?

Yep, that one. At 0 is about less but still there, depend on how much is clipper overall pushed.

You can download the latest update in the first post (v0.14) and is included in the last Stereotool version (9.52).
