Hello Gents,

Been working on this for the last few days.
I was mucking around trying to do emulation of the Air Aura X3 but for some reason the limiters wont play nice
@hvz if your reading this.. MB1 Band 9 and on Band 1 on MB2 with just limiting seems to give strange results??

So I cut it back to this one.

Its loud but has enough dynamic range not to be fatiguing
Needs a little better peak control - Will work on this

This is a bit different setup
Wide band AGC
4 bands of light compression with slow attack/release
9 bands of just limiting

Any comments welcome... good or bad

Hi Dale, it's a month later but I was going through new presets and I just read this. MB2 with just limiting should work fine, I have often done things like that when testing stuff. What issue are you running into?

Hi, I have a suggestion on limiting. I noticed on my presets that sound is indeed "not right" when too much of the signal is limited. I think you'll get better results if you set it up to see just a bit of orange bars. Here's an example with my preset using just MB2 with limiters:

Hi.True Peak control can be achieved from processing post amp level bar.Just set post amp in -0.3db and it will work just fine. The mb output level has to do mostly with loudness level (lufs) combined with final limiter levels. Also be aware the mb speed master attack/release levels cause they change the total compressors behaviour.Imho Its all about balance in the processing chain and each part must be adjusted-tested individually.
