Stereotool is verygood! But when I use it for my Fm transmitter, i can't hear any "Stereo effect"...
It just "Mono" in "stereo model"....
My radio's ST led is bright.
Why cause this?

I'm using Creative audigy 2zs notebook soundcard.

I answered your other post about this but I see here you have an Audigy 2 Z s sound card. The specs say it can handle 192kHz but I have read in other forums where they have trouble with that card supporting that sample rate. If you have Windows XP you need to have SP3 or the HD audio hotfix for SP2.

So far, I haven't seen any successful (and good quality) stereo sounds with Creative cards. Now I don't know this one, so you might be lucky... At the time I bought one when I started implementing the stereo encoder - I couldn't get it to work properly, and eventually, after talking to the Creative helpdesk, they said I should probably get a professional card - and that theirs are not... (That was an X-Fi Audio).

I did get it to work once though, even including RDS, but I haven't been able to get it running again since (and so I returned the card and bought another one).

I tested a 24 bit integrated sound card in a laptop well with Stereo Tool and its found even in lower end computers. The card is called Conextant High Definition Smart Audio and supports playback of up to 24 bit 192 KHz. It works on both FM stereo and RDS which I must admit is quite handy in terms of a cost savings on getting a part 15 FM transmitter with a built in stereo generator.
