Confirmed. I made it in 2 stages (and tested the first stage, then added the 2nd), I must have broken something when I added that 2nd stage.
Edit: No, the calculation of the movement speed was wrong (and I tested it with very high AGC speeds to quickly see what it did, for slower AGC speeds it has no effect whichever setting you use). I have now replaced the speed by a half-life time, basically, the time it takes to get half-way to the 'actual' (without-window) level. At 0.1 seconds it acts like there's no window, at 100 seconds it's turned off (same as before 9.23-006). Will be available in the next build (9.23-007). For now, you can still use the max speed sliders to control the maximum speed inside the window. But that's a constant value then, not dynamic.
