It worked fine here last night..... I'm not at home right now but I'll try to reproduce this issue as soon as I get home.

There is a change in the GUI (because there's an extra option in the left menu I had to make the top panel a bit higher, and because of that also the minimum window height). I've tested a lot of things yesterday, including making sure that a too small window from the previous version is automatically made bigger etc. Everything appeared to be ok.

8.41 BETA047.

Warning: The new AGC now shares several settings (Drive, Threshold, Window, Ratio, ITU1770, Paramertric eq) with the old one. This means that if you were using the new AGC in the previous beta's, you will have to reconfigure it.

Windows 32 bit:
Windows stand alone: http://www.stereotool.com/download/ster ... 41-047.exe
Winamp DSP: http://www.stereotool.com/download/dsp_ ... 41-047.exe
VST: http://www.stereotool.com/download/vst_ ... 41-047.dll

Windows 64 bit:
Windows stand alone: http://www.stereotool.com/download/ster ... 41-047.exe
VST: http://www.stereotool.com/download/vst_ ... 41-047.dll

CHANGES:
- GUI doesn't work in some of the versions of 046
- Disable Pre Limiter display in limiting mode.

OLD CHANGES:
- Share PEQ, attack/release?
- Move Spectrum Control and new AGC out of "Experimental" tab, and allow licensing. --> Button to buy it will be added to the website on Monday!
- Show Spectrum Control and new AGC in bottom display
- Optimize limiter
- Allow using bass distortion in bass clipper when used for final limiter.
- Limiter display freeze
- Add pre-AGC classical music thing
- MicroMPX add display for packet reception todo add reset packets, fix timing, show current playing position
- Add "Advanced Dynamics" to license overview screen
- Finish pre-AGC classical music thing
- SST: Make list of new ID's
- 64 bit Hard Limit is working again
- Meter for Limiter is no longer frozen.
- 9sg - update to latest code
- Old web interface bug fixes
- 9sg 1 thread.
- Add bass clipper + final limiter for testing for streaming, to figure out once and for all if it's useful or not.
- Final limiter: Make speed depend on amount of bass clipping.
- Final limiter: Fix going though chunks.
- Spectrum Control: Abrupt Change Protection could overract because it ignored certain settings.
- Spectrum Control: ACP can overreact!
- Spectrum Control: Why is kick so fast?
- All compressors: Attack/release behavior in the new RMS mode was wrong, now fixed. Result is more consistent and movements are less sudden.
- Compressor inverse-Covfefe
- AM stereo downmixer 9
- Show backup input is active - change color of input level meters
- Final limiter: Put in separate file, so I can test it separately.
- Final limiter: Make own settings page. Lots of settings needed...
- Final limiter: Make it work for Quality != 100%, Latency != 4096
- MicroMPX web interface
- Fixed crash when changing number of bands in Spectrum Control.
- Add Parametric EQ to AGC 2
- RDS: 8 character words with <| go wrong
- RDS: Empty fields - remove?
New "Experimental" section, containing:
* NEW AGC
* New Spectrum Controller (replacement of Power Bass/Power Highs), adjusts the spectrum BEFORE the AGC, without affecting dynamics or loudness.
The Analog compressors now have new "Max ratio" and "Max ratio at" settings to have dynamic ratio's depending on how the amount of attenuation.

- Fix crash
- Check FB^2 ratio - Found fixed for NCME
- Make copy of Adjustment and only turn of if MAIN drops far enough. Should get rid of temporary rises (Abba)
- Fix "Shape" in new RMS mode (just square it?)
- Add Sudden Jump Protection (directly to compressor if possible)
- Fix Triple Normal Output separate processing clipping level if pre-emphasis for FM is disabled.
- SJP: Fix Attack speed (don't use weird Shape)
- SJP in SC mode broken in MULTICORE mode.
- AGC: Gate before Drive
- SJP: Compensate for window edge
- SJP: Remove dependence on latency setting (2048)
- SJP: Test at lower latencies: 4096, 2048, 1024, 512, 256, 128
- SJP: Better lookahead. NO. Good enough.
- AGC: Make lookahead depend on SJP on/off.
- Dynamic ratio: Weird behavior with 1.001:1 as start.
- ACP: Add On/Off in SC.
- SJP: Channel merging: Fix display
- Fix Max Ratio in GUI (break out in separate subpanel)
- SJP: Auto-calculate Level Boost
- SJP: Remove dynamic ratio and add asserts.
- SJP: Add support for ratio
- SJP: Auto-recover when close to target, so Level Boost is less critical -> Not needed I think?
- Test compressor behavior, compare with 8.40 and verify no changes
- Add licensing code (SC, Dynamic Ratio)
- SC ACP: Speeds should not affect it!
- Switched to a new compiler, slightly better performance (+3%)
- Improved NAN recovery handling and fixed 2 possible causes of NAN's
- Added maximum threshold to the compressor, it doesn't do anything if the input exceeds that level.

TODO:
- SST: Couple Hard Limit to clipper on/off
- SST: QoS dynamic DLL -> Werkt, maar QoS niet??
- AM clipper is now always oversampled
- SST: Network: Add "Interface" selection. Also priority?
- SST: Add Stereo Image phase filter - somewhere. Under AZIMUTH (rename it to Phase or something)
- C-QUAM divide by 2 issue
- FM Demodulator reported to be broken (must be the compiler switch again... grrr.... -> No, was caused by change in IPP!
- Allow moving equalizer between MB's
- Allow moving BB before last MB
- SST: Bass Boost: Relax limits on frequencies
- Name "Spectrum Controller" -> Rename?
- NAB! LW!
- Linux version crashes in latest Debian (Jack compatibility issue?)
- MicroMPX web interface version: Make sure that all ranges are correct and everything is stable when changing settings.
- SST: Ohio Valley and Blue Steel use Pre Amp
- SST preset upload: Make sure they are ordered correctly. And how to put the new one up front?
- SST: Fix Bass boost frequencies in SST
- Old web interface avoid reload OR pass GUID. Right now top presets list is flashing.
- Old web interface: Text color in check boxes and buttons doesn't update
- Old web interface: Original right load can be messy. Load left first?
- Old web interface: Fix display of vu meters, also for SC
- Web interface reuse old numbers
- SJP: Weird stuff at very low latencies with SJP levels, goes up and then down sometimes.
- ladspa? r.co
- Smarter stereo-to-mono conversion (only when needed). Use amount of reduction instead of maximum degrees!!!
- Disabling FM output makes Normal output pre-emphasized, even in SST.
- WASAPI exclusive mode disables certain things, make it possible to disable it (David O'Nell)
- Add new presets!

- Optimize Spectrum Control and AGC 2
- Update RDS encoder to Mathijs' filter.
- ADYEN
- Growling bass (add to True Bass as post filter, compare with https://www.refusesoftware.com/lowender ).
- RDS: Make note in help about shared drives. Also send to Omnia.
- Try new stereo widener idea
- SST: Make it switch to backup input when the normal/FM signal switches.
- Make compressor with alternative ratio implementation
- Add phase filter to LW version again?
- Wolf Stahl NAN error -> Still trying to reproduce...
- Hide inactive filters in bottom display (option)
- Test clipping
- Improve UECP ASCII mode for Magic RDS (just handle \n's inside strings)
- RDS UCEP: Put a timeout on the fallback to default settings. Some programs close the connection immediately.

GUI is fixed.
What's the new conversion factor for the AGC target level in the ini-file? It was 87100 before but now it's some weird number like 85377.8046875. Does that affect the post-AGC compressor, too?

Only the value that's displayed has been changed. When I was comparing the old and new AGC there was an offset in the meaning of the values, which obviously shouldn't be the case.
Also, the value that's displayed is now the value in the .ini file, multiplied by 0.3838
Old value for 0 dB was 87100, new is 32768. (that's after the multiplication).

32768 / 0.3838 is indeed the "weird number" that you mentioned.
