Make sure that the Realtek sample rate is set correctly (4x that of the Winamp input, either 176400 or 192000 Hz). That's it.

Furthermore, if you want to confirm the soundcard is sending mpx signal, you can use another machine with 192 kHz input and decode it using line in and mpx tool (or record it using line-in and decode with mpx tool). This part is no biggy
Tricky part is that Realtek = calibrate and usually adjust for tilt
