I would like a USB Sound Board to feed my FM Transmitter. Has anybody tried the Steinberg ur 22? Or what other usb soundcard do you recommend?

Everything with 192kHz support. Asio would be nice.

Looks ok. If you can disable all effects inside it. I already don't like that headphone output.

I've purchased one for a web radio project.

I don't think I'll be able to test the 192kHz output (I will try if I get a chance!)

I could probably access a scope and perhaps an audio analyser (Neutrik NTi A2) if anyone could think of an appropriate test routine to help others (and perhaps myself if I do an FM project in the future)?

Unfortunately I'll struggle to get an FM transmitter (mine is in use!)

I've actually used one of those small $15 battery powered transmitters for use with MP3 players in your car. If it's mono it can be used, but calibration it might be difficult or even impossible..

With a scope, if the peak level is flat +/- 1% from about 5 Hz square wave upto 60 kHz sine wave then everything is fine.

Newbie question: would you send ST output to the Steinberg via the USB?
