So you prefer the sound of an Optimod over an Omnia?
I don't like the dirtiness that Optimods give. They may add some "punch", but they tend to muddy up the audio response a bit.
I like the cleanliness of Omnia processors, plus you can get about 1.5dB more out of them on the average, from my experience, without harming things too much.
I call the Optimods "bass bass bass, muddy bass, squashed highs" processors...
Omnia-6 is still my favorite production audio processor, to this day. (Excluding Stereo Tool, of course!)
