Just connect the + to the centre, and the shield/eth. Let the - float and you should be good.

Is that necessary for MARIAN Alpha?

Also, Alpha has balanced TRS 1/4 outs, what type of a cable do you suggest, balanced TRS or NonBalanced (Mono) TRS 1/4?

I use a coax cable (75Ohms) with Neutrik BNC plug (needs special shrinking equipment) and a Neutrik Mono TRS jack.
Works great. But I assume there are ready made cables for this as well.
For tilt, you do this in FM-output area. Bojcha posted somewhere here on the forum the right values.
I think if you download one of his FM presets, the right values are already there.

For the Marian calibration shouldn't be necessary, unless something is wrong with the transmitter. And there are both convertor plugs and complete cables for this.

Is there a chance that a problem could occur by using a stereo , balanced 6.5mm jack?

Can anyone of you post a preset of output, input, options like FM tilt, mpx signal out level....
We get distortion when pulling input up, and mb comp kicks in while the AGC don't even reacts to the signal.
