Hello, Yesterday i had a try with stereotool on a system wich i normaly build for BREAKAWAY. I installed ST (latest beta version 6.32 0012) an configured everything. Used it to generate stereo+rds subcarriers, just like i do on BBP It performed like it should be, untill i talked trough the microphone... The latency is undoable for live presentation. This is not the case with breakaway Broadcast I have tryed lower quality and buffer size to 32ms (lower latency caused an muted output) but still to mutch latency. Also disabeled the declipper. Does anyone have tips ? regards, Jeroen. |

- Did you set the latency to 512 samples? - Did you enable ASIO? - Make sure that ST is running at the highest priority (sound cards window), and reduce the buffer size to around 4 ms (I think). This will give you a total latency of 17 ms, which - afaik - is identical to that of Breakaway. |
