hello again.can anyone tell me a good audio card(pci or usb) without delay?
because i use 2 pc.one for output(only music) and another one for input(STEREO TOOL STANDALONE)

Marian Trace Alpha or ESI Julia are the most common recommendations I ecountered here, and they both support ASIO, giving you the least delay.
You can also try reducing buffer on the FM or Normal output.
