I did install the VST plugin for Mac

When I use it in PreSonus Studio One the plugin is recognized, it opens with a blanc window with a check box. When the checkbox is activated the plug in shows up, but then Studio One becomes unresponsive and you have to force quit the application. So I couldn't use Stereo Tool plugin at all. Hope to see a working version for Mac soon. Please provide feedback for a working version on Mac OSX 10.9.4 with DAW PreSonus Studio One.
