I'm interested in a preset for an HD Broadcast music television.
I am interesed in a full a powerful SOUND and some BASS.

can you help me?

Which presets have you tried and how are they lacking? How loud in LUFS are you looking to get?

You mention bass as a main interest, so I would look into the True Bass module. Some presets place this very early in the chain, which reduces its effectiveness, IMO. I personally like to put it right before the Wideband, which I only use to attenuate the signal so it's not so hot going into the clippers.
