We have downloaded and installed Stereo Tool however we know nothing about setting it up for optimal sound quality for our listeners in over 90 countries from around the world. We are using SAM Broadcaster latest edition along with SAM Cloud. We want to ask if anyone can help us to set it up for great sound quality. We broadcast Smooth Jazz so we would like it set up to accomadate this music Genre. We are looking for someone who is proficient in setting this up for us. Our site is at: http://www.smoothjazzboston.com

Is anyone available to help us with this and of course we would compensate you for your time/donate whatever amount for your time. We are on Boston USA Time.

Thanks for your consideration.

Kind regards,

Jeff & Staff

Jeff, I'm giving it a listen now.

First thing, may I give you a suggestion to fix your "listen via Winamp' (listen.pls) link on your main page? Add the line NumberOfEntries=1 inbetween the [playlist] and File1= lines. That should make the link directly pull up Winamp.

On my playback PC, I use Winamp and a handy little Stereo Tool preset I made called "Meters Only" (every processing section turned off) as a form of streaming "modulation monitor". Hover your mouse over the waveform area and left- or right-click until it reads "0.025 sec" in the upper waveform. From that, I'm guessing you're hitting the clipper section pretty hard, but at least on my old JBL 4411's it doesn't sound bad.

Best of luck to you.
