I'm using ST 7.84 and would like to know how I can have more effect for FM, causing it to split more channels, spatial effect, and depth, where the listening is inside the sound?

Use Stereo Boost and Stereo Image simultaneously and increase the level of L-R channel. Note that this will adversely affect your broadcast quality for areas with weak reception (mono), the mono part of your signal will get quieter.
