I'm running HitNet. A hit music radio station online. I have been tweaking different presents for months. I have had a hard time finding something that can compete with the bigger stations. I find it most hard to get a good punch and kick in the bass. Most present just flatten out the sound (my opinion of course). We are now running a tweaked preset called "Dutch Moose". Please give me your opinion on the sound. Should i change something? Maybe you got a better present for this kind of "top 40" music? We use Stereo tool 9.34. Preset "Dutch Moose" (tweaked). Shoutcast 2.0 stream in high quality 320kbps mp3. LISTEN TO STREAM HERE: www.hitnet.live Let me know your thoughts. Thanks! |

Sound good, but i would like a more "compressed" sound. Which Software do you use for Broadcasting? If you want, you can listen to my stream and give feedback: https://www.reyfm.de |

Hey!Which Software do you use for Broadcasting? If you want, you can listen to my stream and give feedback: https://www.reyfm.de We use Mairlist to broadcast. What do you use? I must say, really nice website! Have you coded this page yourself or is it a template? Yeah i get what you mean with more "compressed sound". The problem when compressing it more is that you loose a lot of bass and punch. Your sounds is also good. The more i listen the more i like it. It's really compressed but still give great bass and punch. How do you achieve that? What preset do you use? Maybe we can share presets? |

Hi! We use RadioBOSS and the website is completely made by me. The preset is selfmade, so, unfortunately we can't share the preset. |

Hi!
OK nice i have never tried RadioBOSS but seems like a good software. Do you mean that you don't want to share it? Because if you use Stereo Tool it's easy to just save and share a preset. We use RadioBOSS and the website is completely made by me. The preset is selfmade, so, unfortunately we can't share the preset. If you don't want to share may i know what present you used when you started to tweak it to make it your own? |

I post-processed your stream with my custom frankenmod2-preset. The original sound is a bit to weak on bass and a bit too sharp on some frequencies, the frankenmod approach sounds a bit softer. viewtopic.php?p=59927#p59927 |
