Has anyone tried it? The particular machine that I'm interested in is
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6883722001

It has Atom Z8500 on board and is possible to install Windows 10 (and, maybe, others?)
I plan to hardwire this via the HDMI output to my car's dash player and run Stereo tool for sound processing (and, maybe a modded Winamp with good crossfader).

Since it has 4 cores, wait a few days and then get the latest beta - I'm working on a processing framework redesign that can use more than 2 cores. (It appears to work now but there are probably still some bugs in it).

Hi sorry for the bump the topic, but I myself am using a small computer UP BOARD http://www.up-board.org/up/ plus sound card CMedia https://hifiduino.wordpress.com/2013/04/03/c- media-cm6631a-based-usb-2S-interface /, impressions and how best to generate MPX easily plus RDS. Delay on the border proven wrong. of course, I listen to the stream in stand alone mode. CPU usage of approximately 60-80%, RAM 1 Giga.

sorry for my english i translate to google.

Did anyone try Stereo Tool with Celeron N3450 or J1900?
I'm especially interested if those CPUs are capable of running the Busybox preset, at least on 50% CPU quality.
Especially the N3450 is interesting to me because it runs below 10W TDP.

I did try on a Celeron N3150, and ist was *just* OK. Couldn't use all the fancy processing steps like DC and ND without reducing quality.

Thanks! What preset did you try? I'm especially interested in the Busybox and Phantasy FM presets (without FM modulation and delossifier for web radio streaming).
But if i understood correctly if I'm okay with say 40% quality then it will work and might even able to run a scheduler next to it (like RadioDJ).

Just for info, with some tweaking (slightly reducing the quality of the declipper and the composite clipper, not using Stokkemask, Quality at 40%, 'Ignore High Frequencies' on) I've managed to run full FM presets with stereo/rds and composite clipping on a Raspberry Pi 3.

This helps: Turn "MULTICORE" *OFF* (yes I said off!!) but set Threads to the number of threads in your pc.

Note: Latency will be considerably higher than on faster systems. If that's no problem, this should work.

Sorry for not responding earlier. I tried Bojcha's HD settings on the N3150, no FM processing.
