Stereo Tool

I use ST to process web streams that are being played via Winamp (v5.666, Classic "skin" on 2x display mode, Win 7 64bit).

So that I can keep the display on while working on other stuff -- and let's face it, ST is fun to watch on a big screen -- I normally move the ST display over to my second screen in full-screen mode. What I cannot seem to do is slide the Winamp display over such that it stays on top of ST, of which there are often large blank areas when using a widescreen monitor .

I've tried Winamp's "always on top" setting to no avail; Winamp always wants to slide under the ST display.

What am I missing?

What I was missing was that the (not) always on top problem is with Winamp Classic Skin itself. Changing the skin to a newer -- and much more visually-annoying -- skin fixed the issue.

I'm off to see if I can find a better re-write of the Classic Skin.
