Post subject:  StereoTool 8.30 with Jack

Hi,

I've been able to use StereoTool with Jack on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS without any issues. I've disabled PulseAudio in order to get Jack to work. When I try to start StereoTool 8.30, I see this error and StereoTool does not start. Jack is running and holding onto ALSA directly. I need to Jack to feed the output of VLC and to connect a silence detector.
Code:
Thimeo Stereo Tool 8.30 (for Linux with Jack) (C) Hans van Zutphen, 2001-2017

Is there a command-line option to force Jack-Only mode?

Thanks.
Brian

Try the other download. I have 2 versions on the download page, 1 for ALSA and 1 for Jack.
