Hi!

We deployed an temporary low power FM station here in Finland, with my friend. Stereo Tool is running on Ubuntu Linux, and it really is my first time seeing it running in Linux. It runs quite well!

Since my friend is using loopback devices (for input, for now), it would be cool if he could accurately specify which loopback device is used AND which of the device's subchannel is used! And generally a possibility to write the exact path of the device (like hw:0,1).

Loopbacks are also handled weirdly, it seems that Stereo Tool needs to be started first, then start inputting to loopback device. Otherwise stuff goes haywire.

Well, we tried JACK and it's amazing. So I would suggest everyone to look that way instead of ALSA :D
