I noticed, not a bug, but a problem that could very well happen.

I was using the /R command in the RDS encoder to grab the artist and title of what's playing from a text file. It was grabbing the info across my small computer network. I noticed when restarting my music computer (with the text file on it), that when the text file isn't available (ie computer is turned off or network is down), Stereo Tool "skips" for a second or two.

Absolutely LOVE Stereo Tool! Thanks!

That's true, this thing was NOT made to fetch data from another pc. You need to make sure that the data is available on a local harddisk! (although setting a very big output buffer might help)
