I get a strong 12.7khz squeal when my stereo encoder is turned on and the Marian Trace Alpha audio card is set to 192. Lower the sample rate of the card and it goes away, or leave it at 192 and turn off stereo generator.

Hi,

Please make sure that the Marian is not only running at 192 kHz but also configured to be able to run at that sample rate. You have to do that in the driver settings, by default it's set to run at 96 kHz at most! If you don't change that and use 192 kHz anyway, weird things can happen.
