Hans,

I've just noticed this, in vers.8.23, the RDS time is reading the default computer time, but not adjusting for daylight savings (1 hour forward).

The computer clock is the correct daylight savings time, in my case GMT + 11 hours, but the RDS time clock is only reading the default time of GMT + 10 hours.

Is there a setting I've missed, or is the coding wrong, because it worked properly in previous versions?

Hm, actually there was a bug in earlier versions where if you changed the time *after* starting Stereo Tool it would still use the old time. I fixed that in 8.23, and everything seemed to be fine here (including the DST correction).

So, the GUI should show you what's happening (the 'actual' time and the amount of correction). Can you check what those numbers are?

Edit: I just set me time to +11 and it correctly displays +11 here...

At 9:30am local daylight savings time, the GUI shows 22:30 + 10 that makes the RDS show 8:30am.

The computer clock shows the correct time, 9:30am or 22:30 + 11.

Ok it seems that it doesn't correct for DST. Ugh :(

And since we're still on non-DST in most of the world I guess nobody noticed this so far. Will check what I did wrong.

Aha. Wow. So, there's a function call that gives you the time zone information including a member called 'Bias'. Great. But.... beside the time zone information it also gives you a return value, and if that is *2* you have to add something to it. I overlooked that.

We've only got 3 1/2 weeks left of daylight saving time, so I can live with that till the next update, thanks Hans. :)
