1 ) A preset can make a processor sound GOOD or BAD .
This is the big problem for sound processor makers ( Leif, Hans, Bob, Franky )
2) In order to make a preset for a sound processor it can take MONTHS of testing.
Sometimes sound processor makers or preset makers rely on feedback from listeners or other engineers and make their presets or software even better . In my opinion this is the reason Hans has the betas OPEN for testing and feedback.
If something takes you HOURS or MONTHS of work you can make money from it .
Without presets , processors would be just an imput and output with default settings.
It's like food
You can make it taste better or ...worse
If i sell this LOUD preset i would sell it for more than 900 euros.
It is many many hours of work and it would be bad if someone publishes it after paying it.
