All these tracks use only the declipper (well I used the clipper to avoid distortion for the peaks that didn't fit in the output).
Metallica was done using default settings. For some others I used tighter settings, because there it is much clearer which samples were clipped and which were not. But they should sound almost as well at the default settings.
