v 6.00 ? Isn't too big jump?
I was doubting a bit. But the difference in audio is pretty big, and many of the filters have been hit. On the other hand, it is indeed not a complete redesign like 5.00 was... Maybe I'll rename it back...

Ah, I'll just write a list of changes (have to do that anyway) and then see if there's a reason to name it 6.00 or I should call it 5.10.

Comparing the quality with v5 and the amount of changes I would keep it as a v6

Found a bug in version 6.00 standalone. When i right click the program in the taskbar and then click the program in the taskbar again the display freezes. After a view seconds i see some gray planes and the only meter i see is the Bass boost.

Hm, unable to reproduce it here (tried Windows XP 32 and Vista 64). Could you check this: If you move your mouse over the window, do other meters re-appear? And, if you move the window to the task bar again, click right again, and then open it again, does everything look fine?

Which Windows version are you using? And do you know if it didn't occur in older versions (5.02, BETA's, ...)?

I'm using Windows XP 32. I've tested with version 5.02 it's the same problem. If i move the mouse over the window the other meters do not re-appear. If i minimalise the window and then click the little icon with the moving meters the screen is back again with all the meters.

So for the clarity. I right click "Stereo Tool 6.00 by ..."
Then i can choose what to do but i then left click "Stereo Tool 6.00 by ...".

Only one small question:
viewtopic.php?f=16&t=2812
Ok, I see it is already version 6.00:

Sursprisingly in this question I (would have) agree(d) with Bojcha:
5.50 would have been a good choice.
On the other hand the improvements in quality (loudness related) are a good reason for 6.00.
Though generally you would expect some noticeable changes in GUI design for that kind of big version step.
