That doesn't have to be a problem. Depending on the window size, it could be that value 32766 is displayed on one pixel and 32767 on the next. Unless the output meter actually turned red I wouldn't worry about it.
I see red meters in the output, FM Mono... Stereo Tool 9.10

That's probably caused by the low Quality setting. I see that there's almost no CPU load, so please start with increasing the Quality slider under Configuration -> CPU & Latency.

Even at 100% in quality settings the red meters are there. It was the "Ignore High Frequency". If enable RDS there is not red meters either... :shock:

Did you start from commandline ?

Open terminal;
go to--> /Downloads/
type --> sudo chmod a+x stereo_tool_gui_jack_64
type --> ./stereo_tool_gui_jack_64

It's running but you see nothing at all? I know that there is an issue where sometimes it won't open a GUI on Linux, and I haven't been able to figure out why (restarting it usually fixes it). We have put in a restart mechanism that keeps retrying for a while (after seeing that Chrome does the same thing!) but that didn't fix it...

If you start it from the command line it might print an error message.
