New Release v8.52 - 2017/10/05

:!: WatchCat: Added Mac OS X version.
:!: Stand alone version: Moved memory allocations to before actual audio is running to avoid hiccups after starting Stereo Tool.
Sound card buffer could be filled too much until you did a RESTART SOUND CARDS.
:!: Made external RDS follower PLL much slower to avoid bad pilot.
:!: Web interface: Added way to use it remotely without knowing the session ID (use ID -1).

Issue launching WatchCat on OSX 10.12.5. Works greate on Win10.

(I tried attaching the error in a txt file but extention not allowed) :)

Hm, weird. That OS X library IS included in the .dmg file, maybe not at the right location - but it worked here. Will look into that tomorrow.

It's not in Stereo Tool, it's Omnia.9/9sg/11(?) specific feature although it has been requested to be revealed in Stereo Tool too.

It's a function that switches off pilot tone whenever mono audio is driven. That way noise is considerably lower since receivers are not decoding stereo. Problem is, when pilot tone is put back on when stereo audio is again present, receivers may or may not enable stereo decoder after the break.

Thanks for the good explanation. Sounds not bad. But isn`t this a problem of the receiver?
I test this with all my receivers and they all behave the same -> If pilot is on, stereo is on, if not - then not.

I guess some new receivers may have this problem. And the solve is to re-tune the station again, right ?

Ok one library was missing. Could you try again? I've just updated the .dmg file (you might need to refresh your cache).

Edit 1:
Made me a fix;

1. Copied libsndfile.dylib from /Contents/Frameworks/ to /usr/local/lib/ and renamed it libsndfile.2.dylib.
Then it yelled for "libvorbis.0.dylib" witch is in the correct place.
2. Copied libvorbis.0.dylib to /usr/local/lib/.
Tried booting the Cat again and cabam di dam, it works nicely :)
Atleast it started, going to have to play with it to see if it works this way hehe

Edit 2: It purrs along :) Works perfectly.

Sorry Hans, still no go.

The new version of ThimeoWatchCat dated at 14:10 PM today still misses the same lib. The libsndfile.dylib is there but not libsndfile.1.dylib that the program wants.
