When I enable Output via VLC Streaming (64 bit Version) it works. After closing StereoTool and restarting I get the exception appended to this Thread.

This looks like a VLC error. But, does this only happen at restarts, and always happen at restarts? And not if you just set it up? What happens if you disable it, then start ST, and then enable it? Whatever it is, the cause appears to be in VLC, more specifically in libavcodec. The good news is that this is the first evidence that my code to handle VLC crashes is working. You can enable the automatic restarts to have it attempt to restart when this happens. Now that won't help much if this happens on every restart, obviously... |

This happened when Stokkemask was enabled. Some strange audio clicks on output after this as well... 64-bit version. Tried on two different PCs, same mistake. Changed parameters, but always triggered errors.

Found the cause, seems to be a combination of threading and asymmetry enabled in the clipper when changing settings. It's working fine here now, I'll post a new beta for you to confirm. |

What did you do when this happened? Could you remove the popup by clicking ok? And was the audio ok?

Quote: Another bug found This isn't new and can be triggered in many ways. E.g. today I set one value to min and another to max and it happened (don't remember which values). The popup could not be clicked away but needed a restart. Audio was ok.

If you find a way to reproduce it please let me know. When I find one and know how it happened I try to fix it - but these issues are notoriously hard to solve.no |
