Gedday Toolies,

Many of you like the sound of Coastal Dreams, and I love to hear this. However, I've had some feed back to soften up the Coastal Dreams without loosing too much of the nice punch provided.

Well a big thanks to Hans with the new V8 Betas, and using Bojchas excellent multibands, this is now achieved with a wider dynamic range through asymmetry extension and bass adjustments.

Your feedback is welcome.

Attached is Aussie - Wonder Dreams Beta 1 for running within Stereo Tool version 8.01 Beta 037 or later.

New updated version 3 with increased bass.

If you find too loud, drop the clipper drive down a Db.

New updated version 7 with bass improvements.

I think this still has a little to go on the bass, as it can be a little hard on some tracks. Have not yet proven, but could be related to asymmetry loudness.

As always, feedback please Toolies.

Hi All,

Here is an updated version that contains the new inversion on MB1 feedback, a big thanks to Wes for an interesting idea.

Am yet to run up on the FM TX in the lab and check the off air sound. Would like to hear feedback from anyone that has time to do this and listen for some hours.

Yet another later version.

Have increased dynamic range at expense of loudness, but this is compensated with additional bass.

Curious to know if anyone finds it pumping at all?

The attached configuration that ideally requires version 8.01 Beta 048.

All,

With a few more minor modes, have released this to HVZ as Aussie - Super Charged Dreams.

Its loud & strong, but not too heavy, great for low power stations that need to complete with the high power stations.

Also found you can easily hear the important sounds when turned down or in a noisy environment.

Look for it in a beta release soon.

:)

When will this be added to the Stereo Tool Beta? I need a WEB/DAB/HD Radio version.
