I have created a preset that replicates the optimod 8700.Almost all of the presets are based on the actual device, but the auto eq, declipper, and loudness controller cannot be reproduced because their details are unknown.auto eq and declipper are default settings. the sound is pretty good. I think agc is a bit slow but it fixes.. |

I don’t have time to look at the preset right now. But i’ll give you this…. rely on the clipper and agc to give you optimal loudness. The single band compressor should be out of the picture if your testing to replicate an 8700. I’ll try building a preset off of the 8700 and show it on my youtube. |
