I need a preset for a Talk/News/Sports radio, mainly male voices, not music at all, except in commercials (jingles) and beds for news or programs... I need a preset specially tuned mainly for men voices, I think that the stock presets were made mainly for music and not for a Talk/News radio. Thanks in advance

Try the "Talk Podcasts" from this pack:

Use the "Processing->Post Amplifier" controller to adjust the volume of the output, "AGC->AGC Target Output Level" to adjust the strength of the compression.
